The ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ is led by Dr. Peter K. Kilpatrick, the 16th President. The ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ is a nonprofit corporation whose members are the Fellows of the ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥. Responsibility for governance resides in the first instance in the Board of Trustees.
The provost and chief academic officer of the ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ is Dr. Aaron Dominguez. The 12 schools of the ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ are led by their respective deans. The ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ is also governed by the Academic Senate.
The senior administrators lead our administrative departments. The Administrative Council serves as a sounding board for the president on non-academic policy and procedures; the Executive Committee of the Administrative Council provides regular advice directly to senior leadership.

The ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥’s administrative offices support the ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ through advancement, student affairs, enrollment management and marketing, finance, general counsel, compliance, public safety, and campus ministry.
The Staff Leadership Council advises the President and the senior leadership of the ´ºÉ«Ö±²¥ on matters that are recommended by the Council or requested by the President or administration.
